Men who use marijuana had up to a 70% higher risk of developing testicular cancer than nonusers, according to a U.S. study. The risk was highest in those who smoked regularly for at least 10 years, those who used it more than once a week or those who began using before age 18. The increased risk appeared to be in nonseminoma testicular cancer, which can be more aggressive and more difficult to treat.
