Legal experts are questioning China's decision to block Coca-Cola from buying Chinese company Huiyuan Juice. Citing its antitrust laws, China said the merger would unfairly dominate over smaller, local competitors. "International best practice would say you should look out for consumer welfare, not for the welfare of other competitors," one antitrust lawyer said. Another lawyer said the companies' underlying markets do not overlap.
