DuPont has reached an agreement with the EPA in which the company will provide water or filtering systems for several Ohio residents whose water was contaminated with a chemical used to produce Teflon at the company's Washington Works plant. Under the deal, DuPont must take action when sampling shows that levels of the chemical, known as C8, exceed 0.4 parts per billion.
