Despite international warnings, North Korea has moved a long-range missile to a launchpad and seeks to test fire it in April -- provoking fears the ambitious rogue nation might have built or means to build nuclear warheads small enough to be fixed to the head of a long-range missile. While experts believe North Korea might have enough crude nuclear material for a missile that could strike Japan, the experts also believe North Korea is many years out from creating a nuclear missile weapon that could strike the U.S.
