Maxwell House has signed a deal with NASCAR's Michael Waltrip Racing to make the brand the team's primary sponsor at six events over the next 10 months. The sponsorship is part of an ongoing effort to refresh the venerable brand by targeting millenials.
Facebook on Sunday was scheduled to feature a live feed provided by NASCAR.com and ESPN from a webcam inside the car of NASCAR driver Tony Stewart during the season's final race. Stewart won the Sprint Cup, during which Facebook users could interact with friends and other fans. The stream also plugged various ways to watch the race, such as on ESPN, via the sports network's application and on its website.
