With many men being laid off of their jobs, more women are returning to the work force, and they are finding maternal skills such as negotiation and time management are marketable. In a recent survey by Mom Corps, a staffing firm that finds jobs with flexible hours for women, 63% of the respondents said they were looking for work because of the economy and 5% said their spouses had been laid off.
