Delta Air Lines said Monday that passenger traffic was down 12.6% in March, with the biggest drops coming on overseas routes. Traffic was off nearly 14% on trans-Atlantic routes, where Delta is the leading U.S. carrier; 16% on trans-Pacific routes; and 17% on Latin American routes. Delta's planes flew about 80.4% full during March, as capacity was shrunk by 7.9%.
