In response to the FAA's recommendation that category C and D business jets be allowed to fly in and out of California's Santa Monica Airport, despite a city ordinance passed in 2008 prohibiting such jets, one resident has a solution: Fliers of the category C and D business jets should be required to prove that they are using the airport for business purposes that would create jobs or boost the economy. If they can't, they should have to use LAX and stand in line with everyone else.
