A trade publication for security directors is tying the case of a stolen Cessna to TSA efforts for greater regulation of general aviation. Security Director News uses the Adam Dylan Leon case to examine the Large Aircraft Security Program, which is currently under review by the agency. "What appears to have happened is that we have moved from the culture during the early days of TSA of addressing credible threats to addressing conceivable threats," AOPA spokesman Chris Dancy told the publication. "We have gone from 'what is?' to 'what if?' When you start asking 'what if?', the only way to secure American airspace is to ground every plane."
