As director of the Fairfield County Emergency Shelter in Ohio, Eddie Rapp decided to start a lawn-care business employing homeless people. Rapp started Fairhaven Lawn Care in 2008, and now employs five homeless people. "We're hoping this job will give them back a little bit of dignity," Rapp said.
