A poll of more than 4,000 adults found that only 9% maintain electronic personal health records, but 42% expressed interest in using Web-based PHRs to coordinate with their doctors. The survey, which was conducted by the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions, also found that 57% said they would use online tools for scheduling appointments and buying prescriptions, as long as their data is protected.
