The Small Business Administration will release guidance to banks by June 8 on emergency loans to small businesses authorized by the stimulus bill. The SBA will begin accepting packages from lenders June 15. SBA chief Karen Mills on Monday announced that small, viable businesses will be able to get six-month loans of up to $35,000 through the American Recovery Capital program.
