President Barack Obama's timely nomination of two lawyers to sit on the National Labor Relations Board could end the controversy surrounding decisions made by the current two-member board. The Washington, D.C., U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is examining the Laurel Baye Healthcare of Lake Lanier v. NLRB ruling that one of the board's findings was invalid because the board lacked a three-member quorum.
