A new study finds that 26% of drivers nationwide send text messages while driving, despite bans on the practice in seven states plus the District of Columbia. According to a report by Vlingo, residents of Tennessee are the most likely to text while behind the wheel, with 42% admitting to the practice, while Arizona drivers are the least likely at 18.8%. Nearly 60% of drivers ages 16 to 19 say they text while driving.
