The Obama administration is set to release later this week the results of the stress tests of the nation's 19 largest banks. The findings are expected to be more detailed and more optimistic than many may have expected. The administration is likely to use the findings to argue that the broader financial system is in better health than many think despite the need of a few banks to raise fresh capital.
