Dunkin' Donuts has launched a new product with a Facebook fan page. The Keep It Coolatta sweepstakes encourages the page's 800,000 fans to post a photo of themselves with the beverage for a chance at a daily giveaway prize. It's a great use of social media, Jennifer Van Grove writes, but it's unclear why Twitter -- and Dunkin's 23,000 followers there -- was left out of the loop.
