T-Mobile USA will release the sequel to the Android-powered G1 phone in early summer, a carrier executive said, adding that the company would offer more details on its second Google phone in a few weeks. "We'll have multiple new Android devices -- from multiple partners -- this year," said Chief Technology Officer Cole Brodman, who also discussed in an interview efforts to integrate T-Mobile's brand more tightly with Android phones, the company's bullishness on netbooks and its lack of interest in Nokia's flagship N97 smartphone.
