T-Mobile USA debuted the sequel to its Dash smartphone Wednesday with the HTC-produced Dash 3G, the carrier's first 3G release to run on Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard Edition software. The handset, which is similar to Sprint Nextel and Verizon Wireless' HTC Snap, will hit the stores in July. T-Mobile also made news with word from smartphone maker Huawei today that the carrier will drop an Android-powered handset -- the U8230 -- late in the third quarter in Europe and down the road in China.
