A 17-year-old pilot was able to land a two-seater airplane in a grassy field in Mills County, Texas, on Monday after the Piper Tomahawk's engine died. Once oil pressure dropped, the airplane completely lost power and the pilot, Megan Daley, said she went down her emergency checklist to land the airplane safely. A bed of grass about four feet high helped cushion the impact.
