Legacy commercial mortgage-backed securities, or CMBS, involved in Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility program transactions will be analyzed and valued by Trepp, a CMBS and commercial mortgage information provider, which will act as a "collateral monitor," the New York Federal Reserve said in a statement. Trepp CEO Annemarie DiCola said the New York Fed awarded the company the contract after a competitive bidding process.
