More than half of North American users periodically unsubscribe from e-mail marketing lists, and 14% regularly unsubscribe, direct marketing agency Epsilon has found. In Asian and Pacific nations, just more than half of users hardly ever stop receiving e-mail marketers, 31% cancel on occasion and 4% do so regularly. In Europe, the Middle East and Africa, half of users periodically remove themselves from the lists, according to Epsilon.
