A change in gambling laws in Colorado that goes into effect on Thursday could increase casino business by 25%, according to some estimates. So, some are bracing for an influx of new customers -- and cheaters. At Isle Casino in Black Hawk, additional security personnel and security cameras have been added. "There's no spot on the floor that we do not have the ability to see what's going on at any point in time," said John Bohannon, vice president and general manager of Isle Casino.
