Top cable providers generate $35 billion in value annually for their customers by offering bundled triple-play services of cable, Internet and voice, according to a report from the NCTA. The association said that 23% of the subscribers of the three largest cable firms -- Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Cox Communications, which collectively represent about two-thirds of all cable subscribers -- went for the triple-play option in 2008 as opposed to 10.14% in 2007.
