The economic stimulus package was a significant investment in long-term growth, but a second stimulus package emphasizing infrastructure may be needed to revive the economy, according to Laura Tyson, a member of President Barack Obama's Economic Advisory Panel. Meanwhile, some experts say the current stimulus package is helping the economy recover by creating jobs.
