Microsoft is looking to sell interactive agency Razorfish, acquired as part of its $6 billion purchase of aQuantive. Morgan Stanley is shopping around for a buyer on behalf of Microsoft, and reportedly five of the major ad holding companies -- WPP, Omnicom Group, Publicis Groupe, Interpublic Group and Dentsu -- are taking a look. A sale also could include a stepped-up relationship between the buyer and Microsoft with regard to the software giant's own digital properties, including its search engine Bing and gaming system Xbox.
