Infrastructure projects funded by the stimulus plan had "created or sustained" 49,377 jobs by the end of June, according to a report by a House committee. That's more than double the number of jobs created or saved at the end of May, the report said. Washington state accounted for more jobs than any other state. Meanwhile, a few states and territories have not reported job creation numbers because capital construction projects funded by the stimulus have not started yet.
