A 69-year-old Missouri woman was arrested on Saturday after allegedly firing a handgun at an airplane she believed was flying too close to her house. Police said Judy Davis walked into the Fulton, Mo., airport with a loaded .22, announced she was going to shoot down a plane, then walked out to the runway and fired her gun. "She came over to express her opinion, in not a rational manner," said airport manager Travis St. John, noting that several pilots were practicing takeoffs and landings Saturday evening. Officials said they did not anticipate any changes in security at the Fulton airport as a result of the incident.
