The Hispanic market is attracting an increasing number of CPG and financial-services advertisers, including Sega, Kellogg and Fifth Third Bank. State Farm last year reportedly doubled its spending on Spanish-language media to almost $58 million, compared to 2007. This year, the insurance giant is earmarking more marketing dollars for community event sponsorships and debuting an online novela on Univision.com.
