It may seem odd that a fast-food employee could provide such an excellent drive-through experience that people would rave about her online, but Mary Moss has 722 Facebook fans who swear by her service. "I think a lot of people just expect quick service, and it surprises them when they get a certain amount of personal attention," says the McDonald's worker.
