Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is calling for a review of the country's aging infrastructure, after an explosion at one of Russia's Soviet-era hydroelectic dams left at least 17 dead and dozens missing. "The tragic events at the Sayano-Shushenskaya power station showed with full clarity how much we need to do to improve the reliability of our engineering structures in general," said Putin. Analysts say few of Russia's roads, railways or bridges have been updated since Soviet times.
