Washington, D.C., Schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee has released a more-than-200-page document that includes detailed teaching guidelines and strategies for the District of Columbia's educators. The framework addresses classroom management, lesson planning and teaching techniques. In the document, Rhee says that teachers should have a "dynamic presence" in the classroom, "engaging body language, tone and volume" and "emphasize key points in a memorable way."
