School districts in New Jersey are laying out plans to apply $609 million in federal stimulus funds to programs for students with special needs and those from low-income families. "These are far more resources than we ever had," said state Deputy Education Commissioner Willa Spicer. "This is a great hope for kids who need help." Some worry, however, about what will happen when the stimulus money dries up.
