More than two-thirds of foreign investors surveyed by the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate said they plan to make equity or debt investments in U.S. property before the end of the year. "A big part of this is just pent-up demand," said Christopher Moyer, an analyst with Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick-Goldman. "Many investors pulled out of the market 12 months ago."
