Airline food is evolving in both the front and back of the plane, Travel + Leisure reports. In first- and business-class cabins, carriers are boosting food spending and teaming with big-name chefs and sommeliers to create more appealing menus. Meanwhile, a few a la carte offerings in economy class have "ballooned into a virtual arms race among airlines to provide fresh, healthy sandwiches and salads to domestic passengers."
