U.K. REITs have scored some spectacular gains in their "miniature bull run" this year, but some industry experts believe they still are a good place for investors to put their money. Patrick Sumner, head of property equities at Henderson, said the U.K. REITs trading at premiums to net asset value could be good choices thanks to their generous dividends. "In the long run, what you pay for them will be less important than the dividend yield you're getting out of them," he said.
