The candy company William Santus & Co. may have to relocate from its home in Wigan, England, because of increased demand for its signature candy, Uncle Joe's Mint Balls. In order to expand nationally, the company would need a larger facility with new technology.

The market for stevia, a natural sweetener, could exceed $2 billion by the end of 2011, consumer research firm Mintel predicts. By July of this year, sales had topped $95 million, and more than 100 stevia products have been launched in the U.S.
