As tribal casinos proliferate in Oklahoma, so does the number of problem gamblers, according to the executive director of the Oklahoma Association for Problem & Compulsive Gambling. The number of people who called the state's problem gambling hotline increased almost 50% from 2007 to 2009. The state expanded tribal gambling five years ago and now is home to more than 100 tribal casinos and four horse racing tracks.
