Uganda is pushing conservation tourism through social-media tools. The nation's wildlife authority will let donors who give at least $1 track individual gorillas online and friend a gorilla on popular social networks. "The project aims to bring attention to the plight of gorillas, and any money raised will be put towards conservation efforts," said Uganda Wildlife Authority spokeswoman Lillian Nsubuga.
