The ad market is starting to emerge from its worldwide slump, but traditional media is unlikely to ever return to where it was prior to the recession, according to Sir Martin Sorrell, CEO of WPP Group. "I would expect to see a recovery first in China and India," Sorrell said. "In India, they are arguing whether it will be 6% or 7% growth, and we would give our eye teeth to be flat.
