Turkey and Russia have the most shopping space under development among European countries, according to a Cushman & Wakefield report. Turkey leads with 2 million square meters scheduled to open by the end of 2010, with Russia at 1.8 million square meters. In terms of percentage growth, Bulgaria leads with a 370% increase in shopping center floor space by the end of 2010.
