Automakers saw sales decline an average of 23% last month in the U.S. But Ford Motor's sales were down only 5%, and the company gained 3 percentage points of market share, the automaker said. "This was an extremely volatile three-month period," said Ford's U.S. head of sales, Ken Czubay. "It really put Ford to the test. We believe Ford passed."
