The cost of franchising falls anywhere between $25,000 and millions of dollars, a range that offers appealing options for many people, according to International Franchising Association spokeswoman Alisa Harrison. While access to credit remains a hurdle for many potential franchisees, IFA is currently petitioning Congress to free up funds to help aspiring franchisees, according to Harrison.
