The FTC is acting "unfairly and unconstitutionally" by imposing a set of ethics rules on bloggers and other practitioners of online media, while giving traditional media a pass, and should reconsider its stance, according to an open letter to FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz from IAB CEO Randall Rothenberg.
