Pediatric hospice nurses have the difficult job of helping prepare young patients and their families for death, listening to them and answering their questions. Kathy Reel, a nurse with Providence Hospice in Texas, says, "There are certain questions that I don't have the answers to. No one does. I think you just have to listen to them. You have to agree with them that it's not fair because it's not. But you can't change what is."
