Wal-Mart will roll out its low-cost cell phone service across all 3,200 of its stores Sunday, the company said Wednesday, a move that sent share prices tumbling on Leap Wireless and MetroPCS. Wal-Mart, which has been testing the service with partner TracFone Wireless in some of its stores, will offer a $30 prepaid package for 1,000 minutes as well as a $45 monthly unlimited-calling plan.
