Although some advocates question whether President Barack Obama's scheduled appearance at the HRC dinner on the eve of the National Equality March is more about show than substance, others say his presence will speak volumes about his administration's support for LGBT equality. "It shows a level of commitment that we have not seen. It's a huge step for us. Some may say too little, too late. I don't see it that way," said David Wochner, a member of The Victory Fund's campaign board.
