The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is offering anti-bullying curriculum tools for free to schools in the state. The materials were developed in a pilot middle-school program. "There is a need, and it doesn't matter what district you're in, bullying is a fact of life," said a teacher. "So we want to give kids a tool kit, so to speak, of things that they can do to help them be proactive."
