Seeking to maintain the loyalty of passengers who surpass the 75,000-mile mark, more airlines are adding "super-elite" tiers to their frequent-flier programs. Delta Air Lines and Continental Airlines have added a top tier for road warriors who reach 125,000 miles at a time when business travel as a whole is on the decline. While Delta won't disclose numbers for its Diamond level, Continental says about 20,000 fliers will qualify for Presidential Platinum -- out of 20 million members in its frequent-flier program.
