China's sovereign wealth fund, China Investment Corp., is leaning toward investing $300 million in a proposed Hong Kong initial public offering of United Company Rusal, a source said. Rusal, a Russian aluminum producer, is looking to raise between $2 billion and $3 billion. The SWF is still analyzing Rusal's debt and has not reached a decision on the investment, the source said.
