Jeanniey Mullen, chief marketing officer for Zinio and VIVmag, explains how predictions that e-mail was dying were a bit premature. However, e-mail, and specifically e-mail marketing, is changing, Mullen writes, and those in the business must learn to change, too. She stresses that in order to succeed, e-mail marketers need to "play nicely."
